Cross Country Tour Guide
We look for guides with leadership experience who have 1-3 months available
to guide a cross country tour. You must love being with people, have
good bike mechanic skills, be able to drive a van and trailer, be able
to think quickly and creatively to solve problems, and be passionate
about cycling and women-only group adventures. Our guides can bike 50%
of the miles on the tour and get paid a daily rate.
Cross Country Tour Chefs
We are looking for tour chefs who have 1-3 months available to cook
for a cross country tour. You must have experience cooking for large
groups of people with very big appetites. Our groups range from 25-30
women and our chefs cook dinners 6 out of 7 nights a week while on tour.
Your mobile kitchen is the back half of our trailer. You must love being
with people, be able to drive a van and trailer, be able to think quickly
and creatively to solve problems, and be passionate about cycling and
women-only group adventures. Our chefs can bike 50% of the miles on
the tour and get paid a daily rate.
Experienced Short Tour Guides
If you have experience leading tours for other commercial touring companies, can drive a large van and trailer, have good bicycle mechanical skills, and love working with people, then we’d like to hear from you. While we don’t currently have any openings for new guides, we give preference to women who have already traveled with us on our tours, or who come highly recommended by our current guides.
Volunteer Cross Country Tour SAG Drivers
We use SAG volunteers to drive a station wagon equipped with food, drinks, bike supplies and first aid to support our cross country tours. In exchange for driving 1 out of every 4 days (and cycling the other 3), you receive a 40% discount on the tour price. You must be available to SAG the entire tour, be able to change a flat tire, have an excellent driving record, be able to place a bike on a roof rack, and be passionate about cycling and helping others achieve their goals. These positions can be very competitive, so we look for women who have cycling experience and a strong penchant for helping others.
