The California native has been doing various kinds of cycling for years, pitching herself with abandon into cyclocross racing in 2015 and gravel grinding in 2013. She also does acroyoga. “Coulda woulda shoulda” doesn’t factor into Lauren’s mindset, and she believes it shouldn’t have a place in yours, either.
