This retired science teacher from upstate New York is a lifelong athlete and gearhead who is always up for an adventure. When not competing in or training for triathlons, Amy travels the world with family and friends. She is also a dog lover, guitar player, and enjoys reading and researching in her spare time. “I can and I will” are words that she lives by.
