When she’s not cooking and guiding for us, Sue runs her own catering business in Driggs, Idaho - Leave It To Me Custom Catering. She also leads kayaking trips in Belize. She loves cycling, cooking and feeding people outdoors, but she adores chocolate, summer and farmer’s markets most of all.
I think Sue did a fantastic job of varying our meals and keeping them healthy and satisfying! Between her fabulous cooking and her easy manner, Sue is just an all-around great tour leader.
