| Here’s What Women Have To Say About Our Women-Only Cross Country Bicycle Tours |
Lois N, Southern Tier 2010
62, Conshohocken, PA "What a wonderful, wonderful tour. It was the hardest, most thrilling thing I have ever done in my life. WomanTours is the best at taking care of every detail so all we had to do was ride and have fun with each other." |
Shelley H, Southern Tier 2010
48, Prince George, BC "The trip gave me everything that I was looking for and more. It was exactly what I was anticipating and I received more then I could have imagined. Spending 2 months with incredible women, great food and breathtaking scenery is the most selfish thing any woman could do for herself. Plus biking everyday ... life is good." |
Clark T, Meandering Mississippi 2007, Southern Tier 2008, Northwest Loop 2009
67, Memphis TN "WomanTours proved to be a good company for me to fulfill a long time dream of going cross-country when I retired. There’s nothing like such an experience as hearing the birds, seeing the fields, the hills and dales, farms and cities, and yes, sometimes struggling up long climbs, to know that it’s possible to stretch one’s self and physically accomplish more than you ever dreamed you could." |
Janet B, Meandering Mississippi 2007, Southern Tier 2009
70, Sacramento, CA "It met expectations and then some. In addition to seeing the country at a cyclist pace, I rode with some FANTASTIC women. Renewed friendships and made new life-long friends. I met some personal challenges on the bike that I’m proud of." |
Pat W, Southern Tier 2008, Northwest Loop 2009

Ellen M, Southern Tier 2008

Janice S, Southern Tier 2008
68, Sacramento, CA "Thank you WT for a fabulous experience and adventure in biking across the country! It was quite an accomplishment and one that I will never forget. In my mind’s eye I can still see the beautiful fields of wildflowers, the vastness of the desert, the winding climbs of the Texas hill country, and the awesome coast of Alabama and Florida! Some things cannot be captured with a camera, but memories are there to remind me of the beauty of our USA!" |
Susan K, Southern Tier 2007

Each road, town, shopkeeper, gave me a greater awareness of America. Each dawn brought me new hope for a new experience, each evening left me proud, fulfilled and tired. Thank you." |

What I am taking from this trip will be with me for the rest of my life. The friendships, the experiences, the memories. Our group has vowed to stay in touch and reunite periodically. These new bonds of friendship will make that happen. Thank you so much for offering such an opportunity to a bunch of “mature women”! " |
