Emily Rose
Emily is most comfortable in a kitchen surrounded by beautiful food. When not creating scratch-made meals with local ingredients for hungry cyclists, she works as a remote site caterer, outdoor educator and medic. The home of her heart is anywhere wild, but she currently calls northern California her home base.
